Awesome company to work with - wide selection with a great price!

Up until the day before the wedding, I had excellent business with this rental company. The day before the wedding, we had our rental items delivered. We were told that our ceremony chairs would be freshly painted and they were not. We told the delivery men that we wanted the tent set up on the flat part of the ground, and they set it up on the incline, so the tables were at an angle under the tent. We rented glass dinnerware from them, and 90% of the plates were chipped. We found this out when I cut myself unpacking them from the crates. Our best man cut his finger to the bone doing the same thing. We ended up having to go through each piece of glassware -- plates and glasses -- to take out the plates that would cut the guests. We still had to used chipped plates, but we made sure none would cut the guests. We rented 30 coffee cups and only received 25. The coffee maker/server we rented would not get hot. Twice during the wedding day, two of the poles on our pole tent fell down and almost hit guests, which is completely unacceptable. I rented vases for my centerpieces and realized this halfway during the day and called the rental company. Their words were that they would reimburse us but that they couldn't make a special trip to bring us the right ones. So my mom and sister had to scramble to find vases that would fit our centerpieces and we ended up having to cut our centerpieces shorter than we wanted so we could use the vases my mom was able to find. Our wedding would have been perfect if it wasn't for the utter disaster the rental company made. My mother-in-law is working on getting us just compensation from this company, since all they planned on doing was reimbursing us for the items we could not use because of breakage, but that is not enough, in my opinion.
