Melissa's Specialty Cakes

Melissa was great! Her cakes are gorgeous. She took care of everything, so I did not have to worry. She did everything she promised.

Absolutely perfection! She makes her fondant from scratch, so it tastes like confectioner's sugar instead of chalk. The staff member cutting the cake even made a comment on how easy it was to cut through the soft, thin layer. Everyone couldn't say enough about how delicious the cake was! We didn't go with a traditional wedding cake look, and she pulled it off beautifully. I'm so glad we went with her. She is so great at what she does and made that part of planning our wedding so simple and fun! Thank you!

She created a beautiful wedding cake and was very creative when it came to creating my husbands cake! She told us it would be very hard to duplicate an airplane but it looked fabulous!

Melissa made the most beautiful wedding cake for me. She did exactly what I wanted for my cake. I could not have choosen a better person to design my cake. She did a wonderful job helping me select my linens and they were beautiful at the reception! I will never go anywhere else again for any party needs!
