Horrible, horrible service. I purchased my wedding dress there and am sincerely regretting it. No one that works there is friendly. If you are trying to sell a product that is as expensive and important as a wedding dress, you would think that a smile would be the least that a sales associate could do. The people who work here are misleading and rude. I do not recommend that ANYONE go to A Southern Affair.
NOTE: This does not pertain A Southern Affair Event Coordination. These two businesses are seperate, and owned by different people. It is a shame. Maybe this place could be someplace that brides would ENJOY going to if the ownership and store personnel improved!
